At Halvord, we care about your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items according to the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Only new, unused items in their original packaging and condition are eligible for return.
2. How to Start a Return
All returns are handled by mail only.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@halvord.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Shipping is free for all orders within the United Kingdom.
- If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
You may exchange for a different color, size, or model of equal value.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
There are no restocking fees for exchanges or returns.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@halvord.com.
Please include photos and a description of the issue.
We will send a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
