Shipping & Delivery

Getting your order to you

  • Standard shipping is free on all UK orders. Tracked shipping is included as standard, so you'll always be able to see where your order is.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 days of being placed. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has left us.
  • Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 6–11 days. This is in addition to the 1–3 day dispatch time above.
  • Yes. Tracked shipping is included on every order. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • At the moment we ship to UK addresses only.
Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind, or received an issue

  • We offer a no-questions-asked returns policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached.
  • Returns are free if the item is defective or incorrect. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Email support@halvord.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.
  • Once your return is received and checked, your refund is processed within 5 business days, back to your original payment method.
  • We don't currently offer direct exchanges. The quickest option is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you'd like.
Orders & Payment

Placing and managing an order

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us straight away with your order number and we'll do our best to amend or cancel it. Once dispatched, it can no longer be changed.

  • Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still not there, contact support@halvord.com and we'll confirm your order was received.
Sizing & Fit

Finding the right size

  • Each product page includes fit notes and measurements specific to that item, so you can check sizing before you buy.
  • You're covered by our 30-day, no-questions-asked returns policy — simply return it and order the correct size.
