Warranty Coverage

We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Faulty stitching
  • Defective seams
  • Broken buttons or zippers on arrival
  • Other workmanship issues present at delivery

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Damage caused by improper washing or care
  • Colour fading, shrinking, or fit issues after use
  • Items altered or repaired by a third party

How to Make a Claim

  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

What Happens Next

Once we review your claim, we may offer one of the following:
