The Halvord A3 measures 3.3mm × 55mm × 86mm and weighs just 31 grams. The body is CNC-machined from aluminium alloy in Blackish Green. At 3.3mm, it is thinner than a smartphone camera lens and attaches flush to your phone magnetically.
The Halvord A3 provides up to 15 hours of continuous recording on a single charge. The 500mAh battery charges fully via the included magnetic USB cable in approximately 2 hours.
The Halvord A3 comes with 8GB of built-in eMMC storage. Recordings are saved in lossless WAV format on the device and synced wirelessly to the Halvord app on your smartphone.
The Halvord A3 is not waterproof. Please keep it away from liquids, rain, and humid environments. Water or liquid damage is not covered under the manufacturer warranty.

All prices on halvord.com are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party processors including Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information given is accurate.
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email, however this does not guarantee acceptance. Halvord reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product availability issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service. We may also limit quantities per person, per household, or per order.

Halvord currently ships within the United Kingdom only. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. International shipping is not currently available.
Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is completely free on all orders. There are no delivery charges at checkout.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–3 business days. The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM GMT — orders placed after this time are processed the next business day. After dispatch, standard delivery takes 5–8 business days, giving a total estimated delivery time of 6–11 business days from the order date. Delivery times may vary by location and courier.
No. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only. No shipments are sent on weekends or UK public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next available business day.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete — risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided.
Delivery delays can occur during high-volume seasons, weather disruptions, or courier and postal delays. Halvord is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has been dispatched. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Only new, unused items in their original packaging and condition are eligible. All returns are handled by mail only. To initiate a return, email support@halvord.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: We cover all return shipping costs.
- Change of mind or personal reasons: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
Yes. We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for a different colour, size, or model of equal value. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund. There are no restocking fees for exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@halvord.com. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will send a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Your recordings are stored locally on your device and synced only to your own account within the Halvord app. We do not access, sell, or share your recordings or transcriptions.
